However, occasionally we make mistakes too, and if you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll be sure to make things right.
If an error was made in production or the album was damaged in transit (express shipping only, standard shipping is not insured), please email us some clear photos of the book and packaging to demonstrate the issue and we’ll be sure to take care of it.
